​General Policies:

• Check-in after 3:00PM.  Check-out by 11:00AM.  

• Early Check-in/late check-out is not available.

• Hassle-free "self check in/checkout" via door codes (sent via email by noon daily).

• Upon making a reservation, full payment is taken upon confirming the booking.  

• Hotel buyouts and blocks are available on a limited basis.

• 100% of cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if 7 days or less notice is given.

• 10% cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if 8 days or more notice is given.

• 100% cancellation fee of the reservation amount will be charged on buyouts and blocks if 30 days or less are given.

• Children 8 years and older are welcome. No pets. No bicycles inside the property.  No smoking. No noise after 10pm.

• $200 fine charged per day/incident for policy violations.

• Kitchen is provided for making coffee and tea.  Cooking is not allowed.

• Plenty of street parking is available on Union Street steps away.  Alternate side parking rules apply. The city tickets between midnight and 8:00am.  During these hours only, please park on the odd or even side of the street based on the date during the morning hours.

 

Standard Weekend/Holiday Weekend and Multi-Room Booking Policy

• For three-day holiday weekends, when all consecutive dates are available, guests are required to reserve the full duration of the holiday period; otherwise, a rate adjustment will be applied to reflect holiday pricing.

• For standard two-day weekends, when all consecutive dates are available, guests are required to reserve both Friday and Saturday nights; otherwise, a rate adjustment will be applied to reflect weekend pricing.

• For reservations of two or more rooms within the same property, the cancellation period is extended to twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.
